Under English law, items purchased from the Online Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided such items are received by Isobel Balfour in a resaleable condition, a refund for the item will be issued. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original cost of shipping.

Please email us at isobel@isobelbalfour.com and we will send you a returns form and a return address. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. For that reason, we also advise that you include a backup address on the packaging (usually your own) in case the item needs to be returned to sender.

We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item.

To return your item, please package and seal it carefully in its original packaging, to protect the artwork on its return journey.

The cost of returning the item will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

If an incorrect item is sent by Isobel Balfour, it will be replaced only if it is returned to the Isobel Balfour within 14 days of receipt, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the item.
